This drunk man from Pedana in Krishna district has become popular overnight and all he did was make a video P.Yesupadam went crazy and made an appeal to Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu to provide loans monthly for all the drunkards in the state.
He made a video in an inebriated condition and this has gone viral on the social networking sites. In the video, he is seen asking the AP CM for Rs 400 financial assistance per month for his liquor needs.
Stating that he is a big fan of Chandrababu, he explained his plight and his addiction to the alcohol in the video. He also said that many parties have been formed, but there is no liquor party.
