Rich tributes paid to Mullapudi
Union Minister for Urban Development M Venkaiah Naidu while paying tributes to industrial tycoon Mullapudi Harischandra Prasad, said that Mullapudi had put Tanuku town in Indian map by producing the rocket fuel.
Tanuku: Union Minister for Urban Development M Venkaiah Naidu while paying tributes to industrial tycoon Mullapudi Harischandra Prasad, said that Mullapudi had put Tanuku town in Indian map by producing the rocket fuel.
The Union Minister unveiled the bronze statue of Mullapudi Harischandra Prasad at Rashtrapati Road in Tanuku on Monday evening and addressed a public meeting. Venkaiah Naidu said Mullapudi Harischandra Prasad was honest, sincere and a strict disciplinarian, and added that everyone should follow his ideals to achieve their goals in life. He said through Andhra Sugars, Mullapudi had created employment to hundreds of people.
Health Minister Kamineni Srinivas said Mullapudi had developed Tanuku as an industrial hub. Endowments Minister Pydikondala Manikyala Rao, Tanuku MLA Arimilli Radhakrishna, Nidadavole MLA Burugupalli Sesharao and others participated in the meeting.
