Arogya Mitra employees protest in Vijayawada

Tension prevailed in Vijayawada on Monday morning as Arogya Mitra workers launched a protest. Raising slogans against the TDP government and Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu, the employees took out a rally from Tummalapalli Kalakshetram to CM's camp office. The protest was launched after the TDP government removed the Arogya Mitra workers and issued a GO to recruit new employees.

As the protesters tried to storm the Chief Minister's office, the Vijayawada police stopped them and prevented their protest from proceeding any further. Some of the protestors were arrested as the situation turning violent.
