Governor offers special prayers at Durga temple
Governor ESL Narasimhan accompanied by his wife Vimala Narasimhan on Monday evening offered special prayers at Sri Durga Malleswara Swamy Varla Devasthanam atop the Indrakeeladri Hill.

The Governor, who reached the city a day in advance to participate in the 66th Republic Day Parade at Indira Gandhi Municipal Stadium, will leave for Hyderabad after the completion of the parade.
Temple Executive Officer Ch Narsinga Rao and priests offered traditional welcome with ‘Poornakumbham’ to the Governor. After having darshan of Goddess Kanaka Durga, Narasimhan was blessed by the temple priests.
Silk clothes, photos of Goddess Kanaka Durga and Laddu Prasadam were presented to the Governor. Later, Governor Narasimhan received a warm welcome from Sub-Collector G Srujana and her staff at the State Guest House.
