Botcha criticises restrictions in East Godavari
Condemning the dictatorial attitude of the TDP government and the restrictions imposed for entering East Godavari district, YSR Congress party on Thursday said that Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu is trying to create a wedge between BCs and Kapus.
Hyderabad: Condemning the dictatorial attitude of the TDP government and the restrictions imposed for entering East Godavari district, YSR Congress party on Thursday said that Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu is trying to create a wedge between BCs and Kapus.
Addressing media here, party senior leader Botcha Satyanarayana said that police imposing restrictions on people entering East Godavari district was in violation of the fundamental rights and seeking an undertaking from people by the police that they would not support or take part in any agitation is highly objectionable.
‘While Naidu says that his government has given permission to the Kapu meeting at Tuni, police negate that version,” he said and added that TDP is continuing with its dictatorial attitude by depriving people of the rights of holding meeting, express themselves and move freely in the State.
