YSRCP MLA Roja suspension case hearing on March 9

YSRCP MLA Roja who is under one year suspension from the AP Assembly had challenged the suspension at the High Court and filed a petition. After hearing the arguments on Roja\'s petition, the Hyderabad High Court asked the Assembly Secretary to file a counter petition.
YSRCP MLA Roja who is under one-year suspension from the AP Assembly had challenged the suspension at the High Court and filed a petition. After hearing the arguments on Roja's petition, the Hyderabad High Court asked the Assembly Secretary to file a counter petition. Now the Assembly Secretary is planning to hold discussions at the Assembly Privilege Committee meeting that is scheduled on March 4 following which the counter petition is expected to be filed.
The HC has adjourned the case and the suspension case hearing will take place on March 9.
