Visakhapatnam: In-charge Vice-Chancellor of Andhra University Prof E A Narayana termed former Deputy Prime Minister Babu Jagjivan Ram as a self-less leader, while paying tributes to the great leader on the Andhra University campus on Tuesday. Registrar Prof V Umamaheswara Rao asked the Andhra University candidates to do research work on the leadership qualities, commitment and hard work of Babu Jagjivan Ram who rose to dizzy heights despite hailing from a humble background.
