Chaganti Koteswara Rao addressed the gathering at the New Year Ugadi celebrations conducted by State government at KAC function hall here on Friday.

Chaganti Koteswara Rao addressed the gathering at the New Year Ugadi celebrations conducted by State government at KAC function hall here on Friday.

23 Kala Ratna, 53 Ugadi Puraskarams presents

The Chief Minister was the chief guest at the Telugu New Year, Sri Durmukhi Naama Samvatsaram, celebrations. Chandrababu Naidu was impressed with the discourse of Chaganti Koteswara Rao at the Ugadi celebrations and immediately announced that Chaganti will be the advisor to the State government.

Chandrababu Naidu said Koteswara Rao would campaign on the welfare schemes and development works of the State government. He said the government will not discriminate against any caste, religion or region. He said Chaganti has to work for the government and he has nothing to do with religion, caste or region and would tour all districts of Andhra Pradesh to popularise the government schemes and motivate the people.

He said Chaganti can inspire people and the government needs his services for the development of the State. The Chief Minister felicitated artistes, writers, poets and others on the occasion. He presented 23 Kala Ratna awards and 53 Ugadi Puraskarams on the occasion.
