Bhaktanjaneya Sweets opens in city today
Guinness World Records holder Sri Bhaktanjaneya Sweets, founded in East Godavari district and famous for the Laddu and Tapeswaram Kaja, has come out to expand its network by opening up a branch in the city. The sweet shop, which offers wide range of items to choose from, will be inaugurated by Tamil Nadu Governor Konijeti Rosaiah on Sunday.
Vijayawada: Guinness World Records holder Sri Bhaktanjaneya Sweets, founded in East Godavari district and famous for the Laddu and Tapeswaram Kaja, has come out to expand its network by opening up a branch in the city. The sweet shop, which offers wide range of items to choose from, will be inaugurated by Tamil Nadu Governor Konijeti Rosaiah on Sunday.
Speaking to reporters here on Saturday, chairman of the sweet shop S Venkateswara Rao said that it was their plan to be available to people of Andhra. “Since we are well acknowledged for our specialties like Tapeswaram Kaja and Laddu during the Vinayaka Chaturdhi festival, there are many orders that come our way from other parts of the State.
We want to start expanding our base from Vijayawada and would proceed to Guntur and Bhimavaram later,” he said. He also added that they offer as many as 80 types of sweets at attractive prices with high quality.
