Youth under the banner of Madiga Reservation Porata Samithi took out a rally on the occasion of B R Ambedkar’s 125th birth anniversary from Ambedkar statue to Sri Venkateswara Viganana Mandiram in Guntur on Thursday. MRPS leader Ravela Kishore Madiga garlanded the statue of Ambedkar and paid tributes. He flagged off the motor bike rally.
Amaravati: Youth under the banner of Madiga Reservation Porata Samithi took out a rally on the occasion of B R Ambedkar’s 125th birth anniversary from Ambedkar statue to Sri Venkateswara Viganana Mandiram in Guntur on Thursday. MRPS leader Ravela Kishore Madiga garlanded the statue of Ambedkar and paid tributes. He flagged off the motor bike rally.
The rally started at Ambedkar statue and passed through Sankar Vilas Centre, Hindu College Centre and reached Sri Venkateswara Vignana Mandiram. MRPS district president Pilli Manikya Rao criticised the governments for using Dalits as vote banks at the time of elections. He felt that Chandrababu Naidu government stopped Radh yatra of Manda Krishna Madiga and it was not correct.
