Narasaraopet MP Rayapati Sambasiva Rao met the Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu on Friday and requested him to send proposals to the Union government to set up water grid at a cost of Rs 1,500 crore in Vinukonda and Macherla Assembly constituencies to solve drinking water problems. 

Amaravati: Narasaraopet MP Rayapati Sambasiva Rao met the Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu on Friday and requested him to send proposals to the Union government to set up water grid at a cost of Rs 1,500 crore in Vinukonda and Macherla Assembly constituencies to solve drinking water problems.

Speaking on this occasion, the MP explained the need to set up water grid. He requested the CM to take steps to develop the primary health centre apart from providing an ambulance and appointing doctors in vacant posts.

He asked the CM to sanction funds for the development of Chennakesava Swamy temple in Macherla and also initiate steps to develop road from 14th milestone to Khambampadu.

Rayapati also spoke with Minister for Medical and Health Kamineni Srinivas regarding providing an ambulance and filling up of vacant doctors posts in primary health centre in Macherla. He was accompanied by his brother Dr Rayapati Srinivas.
