Visakhapatnam: Month-long anti-malaria drive began at Paderu in: Month-long anti-malaria on Wednesday jointly by the Medical and Health and Malaria Departments of ITDA.
Flagging off the awareness rally, assistant project officer of ITDA S V S S S Kumar called upon the people to eradicate the mosquito menace that causes malaria by taking precautionary measures.
He asked to keep the surroundings clean and clear the garbage. The households should cooperate with the malaria department staff when they visit for anti-malaria spray.
