TPCC cannot issue notice Komatireddy
Speaking to the media in Nalgonda on Sunday the MLA said he will not respond to the notice issued by the TPCC since he will never recognise the TPCC led by Uttam Kumar Reddy.
Nalgonda: CLP deputy floor leader and Nalgonda MLA Komatireddy fired on TPCC for issuing show-cause notice to him.
Speaking to the media in Nalgonda on Sunday the MLA said he will not respond to the notice issued by the TPCC since he will never recognise the TPCC led by Uttam Kumar Reddy.
TPCC disciplinary committee has no right to issue show-cause notice to me and only AICC can serve notice to senior leaders like me he added.
Alleging that the inefficient Uttam Kumar Reddy was responsible for the party’s worst condition he expressed concern over the failure to retain Narayankhed and Paleru assembly seats in bypoll.
Stating that he still sticks to his comments made on Uttam Kumar Reddy at Hyderabad on Saturday, the MLA said that he is ready to work under able leadership without any objections if only the TPCC president gives the post to anyone, who fought for separate Telangana and participated in the agitation.
He said he would meet AICC chief Sonia Gandhi soon and will submit a report on the party status in the State and how the leaders were ignoring the party for their selfish interests.
Meanwhile expressing angry over the show-cause notice served to MLA Komatireddy by TPCC, party student wing NSUI leaders and supporters of Komatireddy burnt the effigy of TPCC president Uttam Kumar Reddy. They demanded immediate withdrawal of the notice, unconditionally.
