Rash driving kills 1 injures 5
The deceased was identified as Bonigalla Bulli Babu who works as a health assistant at Y V Rao Hospital. According to Krishnalanka police, two bikes collided head on at Chennupati petrol bunk area due to over speeding. The accident occurred at around 12.30 am. One bike had two persons, while the other one had three riders.
Vijayawada: A 20-year-old person died and five others were injured in an accident that occurred here in the early
hours of Monday.
The deceased was identified as Bonigalla Bulli Babu who works as a health assistant at Y V Rao Hospital.
According to Krishnalanka police, two bikes collided head on at Chennupati petrol bunk area due to over speeding. The accident occurred at around 12.30 am. One bike had two persons, while the other one had three riders.
In the accident, five others were injured. Among them, two were said to be in critical condition.
Speaking to The Hans India, CI P Chandra Sekhar said, a pulsar which was carrying three persons hit another bike. Lankapalli Satish (23), Vallabhaneni Pavan Kalyan (20), K Nuka Raju (20) of Tadigadapa, L Naveen (21), Jonnalagadda Rajesh (23) and K Dileep (20) were involved in the incident besides the deceased. Naveen, Rajesh, Dileep and Bulli Babu worked in the hospital.
