Don’t neglect interests of tribals: MP Ravindra

Kakinada: Amalapuram Lok Sabha member P Ravindra Babu warned officials not to neglect the interests of tribal population, particularly youth as the negligence may lead to discontent and may attract them towards extremist activities.

Participating in the East Godavari District Vigilance and Monitoring Committee meeting organised at Collectorate on Tuesday, he warned the officials particularly ITDA while reviewing the tribal welfare in the district. The meeting was presided over by Rajamahendravaram MP and chairman of the committee M Murali Mohan.
