200 attend campus recruitment drive
Besides, the college has been conducting campus recruitment drives inviting major recruiters to its premises.
​Anantapur: Over 200 MBA students took part in a two-day recruiment drive at PVKK Institute of Technology here on Wednesday.
Principal Y Santosh Kumar Reddy said personality training sessions and campus training programmes are being conducted in addition to imparting quality education to students.
Besides, the college has been conducting campus recruitment drives inviting major recruiters to its premises.
A representative of the college management Srikant Reddy said that 19 companies conducted their campus recruitment drive during the past two months.
Over 310 students got placements. Some more industries are being invited to the campus, he said exhorting students to make use of the facility.
HR Manager of Kotak Mahindra Rajashekar said the selected candidates would be given training for about a month at Bengaluru. Later, they will be placed in the bank branches at Anantapuram and Kurnool. They earn an annual salary of Rs 2 lakh along with other allowances.
Kotak Mahendra (Ops) Manager Aswin and Assistant Managers Arun and Veerabhadra, College MBA Head of the department Dr Raghavendra Prasad and Assistant placement officer G Pratap Singh and others took part in the programme.
