Kakinada: Out of the total 10 accused given bail on Friday in connection with Tuni incident of train burning, eight were out from the Rajamahendravaram Central Prison on Saturday as they fulfilled norms for the bail. They are Palla Srihari, Chakkapalli Satyanaryana, Lakkimsetty Gopi Mahesh, Manikonda Pavan Kumar, Nakka Sai, Ganesula Rambabu, Ganesula Lakshmana Rao and Gudala Manikanta.

Of the remaining two, Kurakula Pullayya was not released as the bail formalities were not fulfilled. The other person Lagudu Srinivas of Kotananduru was taken back into CID custody for fresh interrogation for three days.

Meanwhile, the bail petition for the reaming three Vasireddy Yesu Dasu, Nalla Vishnu and Akula Ramakrishna was moved again on Saturday morning at CID Court in Kakinada. It is leant that the CID Court Magistrate Siva Sankar refused hearing on the grounds that the bail was refused not even 24 hours ago on Friday evening. Again the bail petition was moved on Saturday evening and likely to come up for hearing on Monday with the CID Magistrate. It is learnt that these three are accused in more than one case in January 31 incident at Tuni.
