Coast Guard creates awareness on drug abuse

​Visakhapatnam: Andhra Pradesh headquarters of Indian Coast Guard conducted march-past and awareness camp to mark the International Day Against Drug Abuse and Illicit Trafficking’ here on Friday.
The march past was flagged off by DIG and Commander of Coast Guard A K Harbola. The Coast Guard personnel also distributed pamphlets to the students and their parents and visited Andhra University, GITAM University and Timpany School. Some pamphlets were also distributed at Rushikonda, R K Beach, Convent Junction and Malkapuram. An interactive session was conducted with the local fishermen at the fishing harbour in the city.
