Railway court dismisses case against Minister, others

Guntur Railway First Class Magistrate Court on Monday dismissed a case booked against Minister for Agriculture Prattipati Pulla Rao, MLA Alapati Rajendra Prasad, former MLA Ziauddin and YSRCP leader A Appi Reddy in connection with the ‘rail roko’ programme conducted by them opposing division of State.
Amaravati: Guntur Railway First Class Magistrate Court on Monday dismissed a case booked against Minister for Agriculture Prattipati Pulla Rao, MLA Alapati Rajendra Prasad, former MLA Ziauddin and YSRCP leader A Appi Reddy in connection with the ‘rail roko’ programme conducted by them opposing division of State.
The railway police booked the case and filed a charge sheet in the court.
After conducting the trial the court dismissed the case. It may be mentioned that the court earlier issued a NBW against them for not attending the court. Now, the Minister Pulla Rao and others got relief from the case.
