Vijayawada: Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu on Tuesday announced Rs 5 lakh aid towards medical expenses of the two-year-old Arushi, who was fighting leukemia.
Chief Minister also spared time for the destitute, who approached him for financial aid. Gouse Basha’s parents from Kamalapuram of Kadapa district were assured complete medical expenses to treat Basha’s renal failure.
Prasad from Kankipadu who requested Chief Minister to look into his father’s kidney ailment was sanctioned Rs 50,000. Manda Kishore from West Godavari district and J Nagaratnam from Chagantipadu were sanctioned Rs 20,000 each.
