Galla Jayadev launches IIT foundation course
Speaking on the occasion, the MP appreciated Minister for Municipal Administration P Narayana for introducing IIT foundation course in the municipal corporation schools. He urged the students to avail the facility. MLA Modugula Venugopala Reddy, GMC Commissioner S Nagalakhmi were present.
Amaravati: MP Galla Jayadev launched IIT foundation course for the students of Municipal Corporation High School at Sanjeevaiahnagar in Guntur on Friday.
Speaking on the occasion, the MP appreciated Minister for Municipal Administration P Narayana for introducing IIT foundation course in the municipal corporation schools. He urged the students to avail the facility. MLA Modugula Venugopala Reddy, GMC Commissioner S Nagalakhmi were present.
Earlier, MLA Modugula Venugopala Reddy inaugurated IIT foundation course at SKBCMCHS School in Guntur West Assembly constituency.
He felt that foundation course is useful to the students who appear for IIT entrance.
He said that IIT foundation course would be taught to the students of Class VI to X and added that teachers would conduct tests to assess the performance of the students. He said that they would distribute books freely for coaching.
