Eluru: Assembly Speaker Kodela Siva Prasada Rao stressed the need for change in conventional cultivation in the State. He called upon the farmers to take up new scientific methods in cultivation.He inaugurated a three-day State-level competition of various breeds of cattle at Dwaraka Tirumala on Thursday. In his inaugural address, the Speaker observed that most of the farmers were still continuing the conventional methods in cultivation.
