CREDAI property show on Dec 23

Visakhapatnam: The CREDAI property show will be held at the Andhra University Engineering College grounds on December 23. A brochure in this regard was released here on Saturday. Around 50 property dealers are expected to participate in the show.

President of local chapter of CREDAI, GVVS Narayana said purchasing a house from the members of CREDAI-VSP would ensure quality and security. He said that CREDAI-VSP had a self code of conduct to ensure quality and security to the buyer. He had referred to the recently enacted RERA-Act and asserted that all provisions in the Act aimed at protecting the interests of customer were there in the CREDAI-VSP’s code of conduct.

The only difference is CREDAI-VSP members have so far been following them on their own and now they were made mandatory under the provisions of the Act, he said. Ajoy Kumar Pandit, Deputy General Manager, SBI, was the chief guest at the brochure release and gave details of special concessions, extended by SBI to housing loans.

These included lowest interest rate at 9.15 per cent, waiver of processing fee and completion of all formalities for sanction of housing loan in seven or eight days.

Vice-president of CREDAI P Koteswara Rao said the association has been organising property shows to ensure that customers had a wide range of choice for purchasing their homes and this year more than 10,000 walk-ins were expected.
