He said Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu failed to achieve funds for Amaravati and for Polavaram project, Dugarajapatnam Port and Visakha railway zone.
Speaking to reporters here on Friday, Durgesh observed that the Chief Minister as well as Central Ministers and MPs failed in getting Special Category Status for the State.
He pointed out that former Chief Minister Y S Rajasekhara Reddy obtained forest and environmental clearances for Polavaram Project.
He faulted the Chief Minister for welcoming the Union Budget even though not a single rupee was allotted to the State.
