Andhra Pradesh Minister of Agriculture Somireddy Chandramohan Reddy criticized YSR Congress Chief YS Jagan Mohan Reddy for announcing his decision to take up two-day Deeksha in Guntur.
Stating that he is unable to understand the reason behind the Deeksha, the Minister questioned whether the doctors advised YS Jagan to undertake 2 days fast for his health.
Somireddy further question the motive of Deeksha asking whether it is for bringing water from Pattiseema or supplying water to Pulivendula.
While YS Jagan has decided to stage the Deeksha to highlight the issue of fall in the prices of agriculture produces, Somireddy said that the state government is ahead in Agriculture, Irrigation and also regarding farmers compared to other states in the country.
