Double murder accused will be nabbed soon: DSP
The Allagadda police condemned the rumours of key accused in double murder case are in their custody. Speaking to The Hans India, Allagadda DSP clarified that the police did not arrest the accused. The DSP said special teams were formed to arrest the accused and expressed optimism of nabbing him in a day or two. Induru Prabhakar Reddy and his brother-in-law Srinivasa Reddy, who are close aids of Gangula Prabhakar Reddy, were hacked to death by some unknown persons on May 6.
Since then the accused were at large and the police formed special teams for nabbing them. There are several speculations of rivals hand behind the killing of Prabhakar Reddy and his brother-in-law. Earlier, a note of CPI-ML found besides the dead bodies. The Allagadda police are unable to crack the double murder case. District Superintendent of Police (SP), Ake Ravi Krishna directed the police officials to arrest the accused at the earliest.
