He informed that the Municipal Corporation is going to open the Canteens in the city with meals to be sold at Rs 5 only.
Addressing the Nava Nirmana Deeksha (NND) programme in Anam Kala Kendram, the Mayor said that the state government has launched these canteens to offer meals for the poor at the minimal cost.
Discussing different welfare measures, she said that the AP government is planning to enhance the individual income by providing better employment, in turn leading everyone to use health and education schemes. The Mayor further said that even though the state is under immense financial crisis, Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu's able administration is taking AP ahead in every sector.
