AP CM to till land in Anantapur
Chief Minister Nara Chandrababu Naidu will take part in the Eruvaka programme at Udegolam village in Rayadurgam mandal on Friday morning.
Anantapur: Chief Minister Nara Chandrababu Naidu will take part in the Eruvaka programme at Udegolam village in Rayadurgam mandal on Friday morning.
He will perform a pooja followed by ploughing the field of farmer Makinadiki Kumar. Naidu will also sow groundnut seed in the field of farmer Vannappa.
He will interact with the farmers and later address a public meeting in Rayadur-gam. He will also view a photo exhibition of the drip irrigation and fields of farmers, who have success stories.
After the public meeting he will address a review meeting with district officials and return to Vijayawada by helicopter.
The district administration and the police department are making elaborate arrangements for proper conduct of the programme. Large number of farmers are expected to attend the meeting.
