Enhance security at Polavaram site: AP CM to SP

Eluru: Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu directed West Godavari district superintendent of police Bhaskar Bhushan to increase security at the Polavaram project site.
The Chief Minister said as it was a national project, there should not be any problems at the work site, hence there should be enhanced security and vigilance for the project. He said that some forces were trying to create hurdles to the project and they may enter into the site.
In view of this, police should be alert and prevent any unknown people from entering into the project area. Round-the-clock security should be arranged on the project site, he said. He also directed arrangement of drones in the project area and other areas nearby.
