On the last day of the annual Navahnika Brahmotsavams in the famous shrine of Sri Prasanna Venkateswara Swamy at Appalyagunta, the Ayudhapurusha Sudarshana Chakrattalwar was immersed in the holy waters of temple tank on Wednesday. This fete took place between the auspicious hour of 10.15 am and 10.30 am.

This fete took place between the auspicious hour of 10.15 am and 10.30 am.
Earlier Pallaki Utsavam was performed where in the divine disc of Lord was taken on a celestial procession around the temple streets. In the evening, Dhwajavarohanam was observed marking the successful closure of the nine day festival.
Temple Special Grade Deputy EO Munirathnam Reddy, AEO Radhakrishna, Superintendent Pavan Kumar Reddy, Temple Inspector Srinivasulu and devotees took part.
