MLA Kona Rahghupati warned that they would not tolerate if the government will do injustice to Brahmins and questioned why they did not take action against those who posted postings in the social media against former IAS officer IYR Krishna Rao. He reminded that the government had arrested Inturi Ravi Kiran for his postings in the social media against the government.

He addressed 'Atma Gaurava Sabha' at Sri Venkateswara Vignana Mandir in the city on Sunday. Speaking on the occasion, he felt that the manner how IYR Krishna Krishna Rao was sacked as Brahmins Welfare Corporation is not correct. He said that they will conduct ‘Atma Gaurava Sabha’ in December third week in Guntur city with one lakh Brahmins. He stressed on unity among Brahmins.
He criticised that though the TDP government set up Welfare Corporation for Brahmins, it is not releasing funds as it assured at the time of elections.
Former MLA Malladi Vishnu said the TDP government insulted AP Brahmins Corporation chairman IYR Krishna Rao by sacking him. He said that IYR Krishna Rao shared his opinion with friends. He reminded that the TDP government did injustice to Brahmins and did not give a single MLA and MP tickets to Brahmins. He warned that Brahmins will teach a lesson to TDP government in the ensuing elections.
