YSRCP leader alleges huge scam, submits report to SIT
senior leader of YSRCP Peethala Murthy Yadav submitted a huge list of irregularities, document tampering and grabbing to the SIT here on Wednesday. He said 16,375 FMB copies, 223 village maps, 375 settlement registers and 2.95 lakh fair Adangal copies went missing for the past few years, leading to a major land scam in the district.
Visakhapatnam: senior leader of YSRCP Peethala Murthy Yadav submitted a huge list of irregularities, document tampering and grabbing to the SIT here on Wednesday. He said 16,375 FMB copies, 223 village maps, 375 settlement registers and 2.95 lakh fair Adangal copies went missing for the past few years, leading to a major land scam in the district.
He alleged that ruling party MLA grabbed 10 acres of land in Rushikonda and registered in his wife’s name and a private university grabbed 55 acres of government lands in the same area. Yadav said the list of grabbing was endless.
Around 3,000 square yards of government land was grabbed by some revenue officials, some took over 10 acres of freedom fighters land in Kommadi, 600 acres of reserve forest area was taken over in the same area, around 400 acres of land belonging to Mudapaka village under Pendurthy mandal grabbed in the name of land pooling, proposed by VUDA, 10 acres of ex-servicemen lands and temple lands were grabbed by land sharks.
