Nannapaneni condoles Surya Kumari’s death
State Mahila Commission Chairperson Nannapaneni Rajakumari expressed anguish over the death of Dr K Surya Kumari, whose body was found in Ryves Canal on Saturday. She said it is very sad that two young women Sirisha died in Hyderabad and Dr Surya Kumari in Vijayawada.
Vijayawada: State Mahila Commission Chairperson Nannapaneni Rajakumari expressed anguish over the death of Dr K Surya Kumari, whose body was found in Ryves Canal on Saturday. She said it is very sad that two young women Sirisha died in Hyderabad and Dr Surya Kumari in Vijayawada.
She said it is wrong to blame men for all such incidents and admitted that some women also taking wrong decisions. Talking to newsmen at the state guest house here on Sunday, she said women should not interfere in the family affairs of others particularly in the affairs of married persons. She said Mahila Commission would conduct counselling to educate women to check such incidents.
She said ‘Surya Kumari could have led a happy life by serving patients and died very early age’. She demanded that men, who cheat women should be punished. But, added that it is wrong to blame men for such incidents.
