Speed up disposal of cases: HC judge
High Court judge for Andhra Pradesh and Telangana states and Guntur district portfolio judge Justice Suresh Kumar Kait on Saturday conducted in-camera meeting with the judicial officers in the district court premises in Guntur city. Speaking on the occasion, he directed the judges to speed up disposal of cases to reduce pending cases and make efforts to keep the district in first 10 places in dis
Guntur: High Court judge for Andhra Pradesh and Telangana states and Guntur district portfolio judge Justice Suresh Kumar Kait on Saturday conducted in-camera meeting with the judicial officers in the district court premises in Guntur city. Speaking on the occasion, he directed the judges to speed up disposal of cases to reduce pending cases and make efforts to keep the district in first 10 places in disposing cases.
He said the judiciary is aimed to do justice to litigants and stressed on the need to reduce pending cases .He said they were conducting workshops to dispose cases at the earliest. Guntur district judge A Hariharanatha Sarma said steps were taken for speedy disposal of cases in the district. High Court judges for AP and Telangana M Sita Rama Murthy, Justice Rajani, judges and magistrates of various courts in the district were present.
