NBL Prasad bags Tirumala Rao Memorial Award
Food Safety and Standards Authority of India (FSSAI) Chairperson Ashish Bahuguna honoured Dr NBL Prasad with Tirumala Rao Memorial Award-2017 for his excellence in research and development in the fields of eco-chemicals, processing of vegetable oils and bi-product utilisation.
Kadapa: Food Safety and Standards Authority of India (FSSAI) Chairperson Ashish Bahuguna honoured Dr NBL Prasad with Tirumala Rao Memorial Award-2017 for his excellence in research and development in the fields of eco-chemicals, processing of vegetable oils and bi-product utilisation.
The award was given away during two-day International Conference on Compliance in India across Food Value Chain Challenges and Future Road map held at Manekshaw Centre in New Delhi.
He was also the recipient of Rai Bahadur G V Swavika Memorial Award-1996 and Dr S Hussain Zaheer Memorial Award-2014. OTPRI Director Prof K B Chandrasekhar, Assistant Registrar Lingappa, teaching, non-teaching and out sourcing staff congratulated and felicitated him for his achievement.
