Hyderabad: There was an appreciable rise of 2.1 to 4 degrees Celsius in the minimum temperatures at one or two places in Rayalaseema, while no large change was experienced in the coastal districts during the last 24 hours ending at 8.30 am on Monday.
The Met department bulletin said the temperatures were markedly below normal by 5 degree Celsius or more at one or two places in coastal Andhra. They were appreciably below normal at one or two places in Rayalaseema.
The lowest minimum temperature of 13 degrees Celsius was recorded in Arogyavaram. The other night temperatures recorded in the State were: Visakhapatnam Airport 14, Bapatla, Kalingapatnam, Anantapur & Tirupati 15 each, Nandigama, Jangamaheswarapuram & Nandyal 16 each, Tuni, Vijayawada, Kadapa & Kurnool 17 each, Kavali, Machilipatnam & Narsapur 18 each, Kakinada, Nellore, Ongole & Visakhapatnam 19 each.
