Visakhapatnam: Communist parties in AP had joined hands with corrupted Congress and declared war against Narendra Modi, said MP K Haribabu. Communism had lost its identity in the world, in countries like Russia it is just for name sake, he said.

Addressing the media at BJP office here on Monday, K Haribabu said that the communist parties had lost their place in the Houses and lost power in West Bengal and Tripura.

“People are fed up with their policies and the situation is the same in other states also. How can such party counter Modi by alleging that BJP is a religious party?,” he said and demanded the Left parties clear their stand on how will they contest in the upcoming elections at AP. Will they contest on their own or support Congress according to their convenience, he asked.

He also urged the Left party leaders to introspect themselves. If they really want to fight against corruption, they should rethink about joining hands with corrupt Congress. “BJP had done a lot to the AP people in the last three and half years. Very soon, we will fulfill all the promises given during the election,” he said.

Mutual understanding between State and the Central governments will help to develop the state, he said. Two separate high court benches will come up soon in both Telugu-speaking states and in the same way two separate Governors to the state were also proposed to the home ministry at the Centre, he said.

Reacting to IB chief meeting with Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu, he said it was a common and added that Central government never conducts raids on the individuals until unless if anything smells wrong in the government.
