NITI Aayog acknowledged receipt of Utility Certificates: Minister
Minister for Mines Sujayakrishna Ranga Rao gave power point presentation on the Utility Certificates (UCs) to the rank and file of the party on the third day of Mahanadu on Tuesday. He categorically explained the submission of UCs by the State government to Central government.

He displayed the eight letters of Niti Aayog submitted to the Union Minister for Finance. He said that the Niti Aayog confirmed the submission of UCs and recommended for the funds release.
The Union Ministry for Finance did not release funds, he said and added that the leaders of the BJP including its party president Amit Shah were making false allegations against the State government. He said that all UCs were submitted to the Centre promptly.
He asked the party cadres to explain the facts in this regard to the public. The baseless allegations should be countered, he stated. He said that the BJP government was intentionally cheating the people.
Similarly, in the power point presentation, TDP also presented Dholera city construction plans of Prime Minister Narendra Modi. In the video Modi said that he would construct big city in Dholera in Gujarat that will be double the size of Delhi and six times the size of Shanghai in China.
