Kakinada: The 11-day training programme in manufacturing of bakery products concluded at East Godavari Collectorate here on Sunday under the aegis of Kaushal Godavari.
The training programme in the first phase has been taken up for 15 trainees and taken up by chief chef of Spencers Bakery products I Khagesh.
The trainees were provided tips and training in making bread pizza, cakes, pastries, cookies, puffs and allied products.
The trainees were also taken for field visits to bakeries in and around Kakinada.
All the 15 trainees expressed satisfaction over the training.
The training in the second phase will be conducted at Rajamahendravaram.
