Vijayawada: YSRCP leaders paid rich tributes to the late former MLA Vangaveti Mohan Ranga Rao on his 71st birth anniversary here on Wednesday. Former Minister and YSRCP official spokesperson K Parthasarathy said that the former MLA helped the poor in the state in solving their problems.
Samineni Udayabhanu said that unable to digest the popularity of Ranga among various sections, some people had put an end to his life. The memory of Ranga is still afresh in the minds of the people across the state, he reminded.
YSRCP leaders Vellampalli Srinivas, Malladi Vishnu, P Somi Naidu, Boppana Bhava Kumar and others paid rich tributes to the late leader by garlanding his portrait at the party office.
