Ongole: The Prakasam District Fencing Association conducted the selection camp for the Under-10 and Under-12 teams at the ABM College Ground here on Friday.
The association secretary, V Nageswara Rao said that the state-level 1st under-10 and 4th under-12 fencing tournaments scheduled to be held at DSA Indoor Stadium in Kadapa of YSR Kadapa district.
He said that in the selections held on Friday, Ch Jayavardhan was selected for under-10 while K Akshaya, M Ram Charan, P Chandra Lekha and A Amulya are selected for the under-12 team.
Nageswara Rao announced that R Naga Chiranjeevi and G Bharat will act as the coaches for the under-10 and under-12 or their state level tournament.
