Vijayawada: To create healthy environment in Gannavaram, NTR College of Veterinary Science has conducted Swatchh Bharat programme and cleaned the roads and removed bushes from the edge of ditches.
As part of Swatchh Bharat, the students planted 80 saplings in Gannavaram police station road and masjid road in the last two weeks. We are happy to tell you that we are going to continue this programme as we have adopted Gannavaram,” the students said.
Sri Venkateswara Veterinary University students president Dr B Mahindra Babu and vice-president Dr Y Yaswanthnaidu, Dr Deepthi, Dr Haritha, Dr Subash Chandra Bose, Dr Nagabushanam participated in the programme. Kadiyala Sitharamaya, Subarao and Joshi extended support the clean and green drive.
