Kurnool: Officials of the Education department seized Sri Chaitanya School in Bethamcherla town on Friday, for constructing the school building and running school without obtaining permission from the Education department.
Around 370 students were known to be pursuing education in various classes. Though the school is being run against the government norms, the parents say school management was collecting abnormal fees from the students.
On Friday, the Deputy District Educational Officer Anuradha along with her staff visited the school and inspected the records. She detected several irregularities during the inspection.
