Submit land reports of Krishnapatnam Port to CAG, officials told

Nellore: Public Accounts Committee (PAC) Chairman B Rajendranath Reddy asked the authorities and Krishnapatnam Port officials to provide para-wise remarks as asked by the Comptroller and Auditor General (CAG).
PAC chief along with team members visited Nellore on Monday and reviewed the functioning of the Krishnapatnam Port with district officials at golden jubilee hall in the city.
PAC Chairman enquired with the Port officials about share of the state government in the port, availability of trained staff in the port activities and status of development of the Krishnapatnam Port. He also asked the officials about the status of exports from the Krishnapatnam Port and also exports of fertilisers.
He instructed the officials to submit land related reports as suggested by the CAG. PAC members Appala Naidu, Pilli Subhash Chandra Bose, Beeda Ravichandra, Collector R Mutyala Raju, RDO D Haritha and others were present.
