Guntur: E.-office system introduced in the Guntur Mirchi Yard for paper less administration.
Addressing the Mirchi Yard officials, at a meeting held in the Mirchi Yard on Wednesday, Guntur Mirchi Yard chairman Mannava Subba Rao said that there is need to introduce paperless administration and stressed on need to use latest technology for better administration.
He said that all the administrative work will be digitalized in the yard and given digital key to the officials.
He said that necessary training will be given to the officials and staff.
He said, he has introduced E-office system to check corruption in the yard and instructed to collect shop rents and power bills immediately.
Guntur Mirchi Yard secretary Venkateswara Reddy was also present.
