Cops organise blood donation camp in Rajahmundry

Rajamahendravaram: Urban police have conducted a blood donation camp at Sri Uma Ramalingeswara Swamy Kalyana Mandapam here on Tuesday, in connection with police commemoration day. Many policemen donated blood at the camp.
Participating in the blood donation camp, Urban Superintendent of Police Dr Shemushi Bajpayee said that donating blood was an opportunity given by god to save the lives of others.
Blood only was reproduced in our body and the blood in body would be purified after donating it.
She appealed to the people to donate blood liberally to save the people in need and underlined the need to bring awareness in this regard.
She assured to extend necessary help in this regard.
Additional Superintendent of Police Ramana Kumar, Deputy Superintendents of Police Bharat Mataaji, J Kula Sekhar and others were present.
