Boat owners, workers donate for Kerala victims in Kakinada

Kakinada: The Kakinada Boat Owners and Workers Association donated Rs 1.61 lakh to the Kerala flood victims.
A cheque for the amount was handed over to Kakinada city MLA V Venkateswara Rao on Wednesday at his camp office.
Complimenting the gesture of boat owners, workers and others who contributed for the cause, the MLA said that such contributions would definitely help the victims.
Boat owners’ representatives Nati Babulu, Bharatamata Venkateswara Rao and TDP city unit president Nona Dorababu and otters participated.
