Kia Motors has announced the commencement of its Australian Open Ball Kids Programme for the first time in India

Vijayawada: Kia Motors has announced the commencement of its Australian Open Ball Kids Programme for the first time in India.

Bringing the global Kia Ball Kids’ AO experience to India, Kia has opened up entries for the programme starting on Wednesday.

About 100 interested boys and girls between 12 to 15 years from various places like Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore and Kolkata will be selected and training will be given under the mentorship of Indian tennis legend Mahesh Bhupathi.

Later, ten ball kids will be selected by the Delhi-Australian Open officials.

The interested participants can register them through Kia Motors India micro site.

Speaking on the occasion Kia motors CEO Kookhyun Shim said that the company was encouraging sports in India and would introduce international sports platform to interested players.
