Tension prevailed at Chinnaya palli village of Kasinayana mandal when two rival groups attacked on each other with smoke bombs and knives on Friday which resulted one persons received critical injuries
Tension prevailed at Chinnaya palli village of Kasinayana mandal when two rival groups attacked on each other with smoke bombs and knives on Friday which resulted one persons received critical injuries.
According to the Porumamilla in charge Circle Inspector M.Pedda Obanna , Chinnayapalli MPTC I.Chinnapa Reddy proposed to construct Goshala cost at Rs 25lakhs in the village. However this was opposed by a villager called G.Ramana Reddy reportedly due to political rivalry as he suggested another place which is situated outskirts of the village. This was leads to prevailing dispute between duo for few months.
In this connection both groups entered heat exchange over the issue as they hurled smoke bombs each on them. Meanwhile Chinnapu Reddy son I.Ramana Reddy allegedly attacked G.Venkata Ramana Reddy with knife and stabbed him on his left shoulder. Police rushed to the spot dispersed both groups. Police said normalcy was restored in the village by deploying police forces. Porumamilla police registered the case and are investigating.
