Vijayawada: A national seminar and exhibition on ‘Nano Technology-Importance and Job Opportunities’ would be held at KBN College here on November 15, according to the college secretary and correspondent, T Srinivas.
A poster was released on the occasion by Nano Technology Research professor Dr B Prasad on Monday.
Speaking on the occasion, Prasad said seminars and meetings were organised across the country with the support of Karnataka State Science and Technology Promotion Society and the National Chemical Laboratory, Pune on Nano Technology and its importance and job opportunities.
He said that professors and research scholars from National Chemical Laboratory would participate and speak at the seminar.
He said that the students would be briefed about the development in Medicine, Electronics, Agriculture, Chemical manufacturing through Nano Technology.
The college principal Dr V Narayana Rao, vice-principal Dr Naveen Kumar and others were present.
